7.5 You accept sole responsibility for all use of and for keeping secret any password that may have been given to you or chosen by you for use on this Site.

7.6 You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security of this Site of which you become aware.

8. Developer Registration

8.1 To upload properties on this Site, you must submit a completed registration form to us.

8.2 At our sole discretion, we may refuse your application for registration.

8.3 If we accept your application for registration, we will confirm this by sending you an email confirming your registration details.

8.4 You undertake that all information provided by you for the purposes of registering with us is accurate and complete.

8.5 You accept sole responsibility for all use of and for keeping secret any password that may have been given to you or chosen by you for use on this Site.

8.6 You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security of this Site of which you become aware.

8.7 You agree to pay all commissions due within 30 days of invoice.

9. Restriction Of Access

9.1 At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to bar any user from this Site, on a permanent or temporary basis.

9.2 Any such user shall be notified and must not then attempt to use this Site under any other name or through any other user.

10. Warranty

We do not accept any liability for any subsequent communications that you receive directly from that estate agent or developer.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

12.1 English law shall apply to these Terms. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

- to you, by email to the email address that you provide to us at the point of your registration, as may be amended by you on the Personal Details section of this Site from time to time.

15.8 You may not assign or transfer any benefit, interest or obligation under these Terms. The provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these Terms.
